Wheel noodles
Nylon is a thermoplastic (PA6) that is impact-resistant, non-marking, non-staining, corrosion-resistant, very friction-resistant, odorless, and resistant to many chemical corrosions, but not resistant to mineral acids, oxidants, chlorine hydrocarbons and heavy metal salt solutions; it has a large load capacity and very small rolling resistance. Nylon can absorb and release moisture, so dimensional fluctuations can be related to the humidity and temperature of the environment.
Nylon applicable temperature range: -25° C to +80° C, higher temperature environments are allowed for short periods of time.
The load-bearing capacity is reduced at ambient temperatures above +35° C. Hardness is 73°±5° Shore D.
