QPUWheel is designed to meet the increasingly demanding working environment. QPU is an advanced Polyurethane elastic material that helps improve machine controllability and reduce push resistance.
QPUWheel is puncture-resistant, which prevents metal debris from damaging the wheel surface and extends its service life. In addition, it also has excellent resilience, making it an ideal vehicle wheel for hand-pushed devices and equipment with traction requirements.
Due to its excellent hydrolysis resistance, QPUWheelSuitable is suitable for tropical areas and humid working environments.

QPU has three hardnesses, namely 75°Shore A, 85°Shore A and 90°Shore A, allowing customers to choose the appropriate Wheel in different environments.

QPUWheel has excellent wear resistance. When used under the same conditions, the service life of QPUWheel is 3 times that of Rubber Wheel.

QPU is a highly elastic material among elastic materials, 2 times that of a solid elastic Wheel. QPU rolls smoothly, produces no noise, reduces vibration, and protects the structure and cargo on the trolley, while ensuring that the floor will not be damaged.
