What are the advantages of double Wheel structure?
The double wheel structure has a large grounding area, which can disperse the load and improve traveling stability. It is suitable for handling heavier or more sensitive equipment.
The tripod is made of high-rigidity plates, combined with heat-treated beads and high-precision balls to achieve extremely high load and long service life. The tripod can rotate flexibly while ensuring a low center of gravity. The wheel surface has a large contact with the ground or a double wheel structure, which makes the force support more stable and durable. Suitable for AMR/AGV (unmanned vehicle) use.
1165 Series AMR/AGV-6 Reinforced American Wheel-Double WheelSeries adopts a high-rigidity plate tripod and heat-treated bead channel design. The double Wheel structure is equipped with a large ground area, and the force support is more stable. Suitable for AMR/AGV unmanned guided vehicles.
If the AMR/AGV Equipment requires a larger grounding area and smooth travel, the 1165 AMR/AGV-6 double wheel structure is a suitable choice; if you prefer a simplified wheel configuration, you can refer to the AMR/AGV-5.
